Morgan County Rural Water Corp Rates

On October 29, 2019, the IURC approved a rate case settlement agreement between OUCC and Morgan County Rural Water Corporation (IURC Cause No. 45198).

The OUCC filed settlement testimony (Malan and Mierzwa) on July 25, 2019.

On March 14, 2019, the OUCC issued a news release to invite consumer comments.

Previous rates and charges for Morgan County Rural Water Corp. received IURC approval in 2006.
