The City of Anderson is seeking a water rate increase in IURC Cause No. 46171.
OUCC analysts and attorneys will review the request and expect to file testimony on March 20. A typical rate case follows a 300-day schedule.

Municipal electric and sewer rates are not at issue in this case. Rates for Indiana municipal sewer utilities are regulated by locally elected city and town councils.
The IURC approved Anderson's current water rates in March 2015.
