Citizens Thermal provides steam utility service to about 130 commercial and industrial customers in the downtown Indianapolis area.
The Commission's Nov. 8, 2023 order approved a rate settlement agreement between the OUCC and Citizens Thermal.
The agreement resulted in a $2.5 million increase. The OUCC filed testimony on Aug. 8, 2023.
Citizens Thermal initially requested an increase of nearly $5.9 million in IURC Cause No. 45855.
