Culley 3 Outage Subdocket

The IURC has granted the OUCC's motion for a subdocket to further review the recent forced outage of CenterPoint Energy's Culley 3 generating unit, including purchased power costs incurred as a result.

All publicly filed documents are available through the IURC's electronic document system.

The OUCC and intervening parties are scheduled to file testimony on Sept. 13, 2023.
