CenterPoint Energy Securitization Case

CenterPoint Energy is seeking IURC approval to issue securitization bonds, collect securitization charges, and encumber securitization property in IURC Cause No. 45722. The proposal includes a rate reduction tracker.

This case's evidentiary hearing has concluded with closing briefs due in October.

  • The OUCC filed its proposed order and supporting brief on Oct. 7, 2022.
  • Reply briefs from all parties are due on Oct. 27, 2022.
  • A Commission order is due by early January 2023.
