IPL Petersburg Generating Station Projects

UPDATE (4-27-17): The IURC has issued an order approving the settlement agreement in this case.

IPL is requesting IURC approval of projects at its Petersburg Generating Station, including recovery of the project costs through rates. The projects are designed to comply with the US Environmental Protection Agency's Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) rule and National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) rule.

A settlement agreement among the OUCC, industrial customers, and IPL has been filed with the Commission and is pending. The IURC may approve, deny, or modify any settlement agreement filed before it.
