Grain Belt Express Clean Line Project

Grain Belt Express Clean Line LLC is proposing to build a high voltage, direct current electric transmission line from western Kansas to a substation near Sullivan, Indiana.

On May 23, 2013, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) approved a settlement agreement between Grain Belt Express and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC).
