IPL General Rate Case (2017/2018)

Indianapolis Power & Light Co. (IPL) is seeking a base rate increase in IURC Cause No. 45029.

The OUCC, IPL, and nearly all of the case's additional parties have reached an agreement in principle resolving all issues in this case. In a July 16, 2018 motion, the parties have asked the Commission to extend the deadline to file a formal, written settlement to Thursday, July 19, 2018. In a separate motion, the Commission has been advised that none of the formal parties are opposing the agreement.

The parties anticipate filing testimony in support of the settlement on July 23, 2018. Any agreement before the IURC may be accepted, denied, or modified.

This page will be updated based on future developments.
