Where e-filing is available, mandatory or coming soon
E-filing is available for 40+ case types in all three appellate courts and more than half of Indiana trial courts. The implementation schedule below outlines the specific courts that have voluntary or mandatory e-filing and which case types are available for initial e-filing or subsequent e-filing only.
Mandatory e-filing applies to attorneys only; unrepresented litigants are not required to e-file, but are encouraged to do so.
