• The vision for FSSA’s data strategy is to enable data-informed strategic and operational decision-making in working to improve the health and well-being of Hoosiers. To that end, it is necessary to efficiently deliver innovative, high-quality data solutions that seamlessly connect stakeholders to actionable insights, improving FSSA’s policies and programs.

• Draft API-Led Strategy Statement
• Publish multiple APIs into Anypoint GCC Production
  • Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning - OMPP - Provider from EDW (DB Platform?) to Salesforce - High Priority
    • Discover potential API directly from source system instead of pushing through EDW first – system of record in this instance is Core Medicare/Medicaid Management Info Sys - MMIS
  • BizTalk APIs of interest, multiple APIs (12 integrations) - Need to establish timeline and priority - Second priority(?)
    • Work through the details around the larger BizTalk – GovCloud transition
    • Negotiate shared responsibility model per BizTalk interface
  • Determine Master Client Index - MCI - feasibility - Reference API... research needed - Med priority
  • Discover potential behind 211 API supporting push/pull between EDW and VisionLink in support of 211 Reporting Dashboards – both internal and external - https://in211.communityos.org/ - Need to schedule design session, discovered during ARW, need to drill into this a bit more... - Med priority
• HealthCare Accelerator POC with FSSA’s Department of Aging (?) - D&A per Long Term Services and Support - LTSS(?) requirements - SE to schedule a demo of this, in progress POC with Mule team, collaborate with eImagine, we have the data and formats from them, from Care Management for social services system budget available
• Streamline IOT’s process by which Mulesoft resources are requested, environments managed, users onboarded, and otherwise process flows are enhanced/improved - Onboarding onto MuleSoft, config management, overarching processes for MuleSoft - Ongoing effort - Mark Giblin - FTE at IOT Data Exchange - DX - manager
• Multiple FSSA POCs are successfully trained/certified - training plan underway
• Publish FSSA-specific Playbooks (e.g. Architectural, Development, and Operational) - Already have playbooks from IOT effort, 80 - 90 % there for Arch and Dev, Ops still needs work ongoing, FSSA ownership, Mule consulting
• Confirm Exchange governance, process, and stakeholders roles and responsibilities
