INPRS is making upgrades to our phone and case management systems, but we need to go offline briefly to transition our phone system and case management application.
ERM and the Retirement Application Center (RAC) will be unavailable from Fri., Sept. 12, 2025, at 5 p.m. until Mon., Sept. 15, 2025, at 6 a.m. and again from Fri., Sept. 19, 2025, at 5 p.m. until Mon. Sept. 22, 2025, at 6 a.m. as we make phone and case system updates.
Note: The EA phone number (1-888-876-2707) will remain the same during this transition to a new phone system.
Phone support from the Employer Advocate team will be unavailable on Fri., Sept. 19, 2025, as we make these updates to our technology. Please submit reports or contact the EA team with time-sensitive inquiries before this system outage. Phone support from the Member Advocate team will be limited on Fri., Sept. 19, 2025. We will resume normal operations on Mon., Sept. 22, 2025.
Additionally, the Employer Advocate Department will be closed on Wednesday, September 24th for the 2nd Annual Employer Conference. All other departments and systems will be available.
