During the 2024 Employer Seminar, we committed to continue providing education, training, and support focused on your areas of concern. Based on your feedback, we are in the planning phase of developing a quarterly series of educational training webinars for you and your team.

The feedback you have provided through surveys and what we have learned reviewing our call center logs suggest the following topics are of the most interest and what we will be focusing our first webinar on:

• Adjustments
• Severance reporting
• Enrollments

While this is not an exhaustive list of topics you’ve expressed interest in, it is a starting point. Your feedback on surveys is critical to helping us identify potential knowledge gaps and opportunities. Thank you for your continued feedback and support thus far.

We expect to have our first webinar available this summer, on June 18, 2025. Please mark your calendars now to ensure you’re able to attend. Each webinar will be two hours long, which includes time for questions, and will be broadcast on the INPRS YouTube channel. Work with your IT department to ensure you have access to youtube.com/INPRS and, if you need special permissions, request them now to avoid access issues.

During these training sessions, we’ll show live examples of our system and provide a behind-the-scenes look at issue resolutions. To make the process more collaborative, we will be utilizing a live chat function during the presentation. Our team will monitor the chat and prepare to answer any questions during breaks and during the Q&A session at the end of each presentation.

If you are unable to attend a webinar during our set times or wish to rewatch the presentation, a recorded copy including the Q&A session will be available on our YouTube channel shortly after the live event.
