Once the EASI Portal is available in the fall employers will access it through Access Indiana, the secure, centralized login used for many State of Indiana systems.
When setting up an account, shared and/or group email accounts will no longer be permitted. Each employer contact will be required to have an individual email account. Clear instructions and advance notice will be provided before any Access Indiana setup is required. No action is needed at this time.
Training for the EASI Portal
INPRS is developing EASI training with employers’ day-to-day work in mind. Training will focus on completing real tasks and navigating common scenarios employers encounter when working with INPRS.
Training materials are scheduled for release in summer 2026, with additional resources available after EASI launches. All training and reference materials will remain accessible on our INPRS Employer page to support new staff onboarding and ongoing learning.
