Erin Oliver

Erin OliverI am currently the Associate Director of the Office of Institutional Equity at Purdue University. I am responsible for investigating and mediating complaints of harassment and discrimination involving faculty, staff, and students. Before joining Purdue, I was the Director of Public Relations for the Miami Nation of Indiana and the Manager of American Indian Student Recruitment and Retention at the University of Wyoming.

I was raised in Miami County, Indiana where I graduated from North Miami High School. I obtained my B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in American Studies. I earned my J.D. and Certification of Indigenous Law and Policy from Michigan State University College of Law.

Volunteer work includes serving on the Board of Directors at the Eiteljorg Museum, and as a Tribal Council Member of the Miami Nation of Indiana

I currently reside in Lafayette, Indiana with my husband, Kyle, our two young sons, and golden retriever.
