Discovering communities of practice in the cluster model: Through cluster models and network analysis, the main focus has been to depict connections between organizations collaborating around workforce development and education, but this is only the first layer. By adding in additional community-based initiatives and organizations, additional pathways have become apparent around the topics of food insecurity, substance abuse, recidivism, youth violence prevention and housing/homelessness.
