Indiana Destination Development Corporation (IDDC) to Host the Board Meeting on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

In the absence of Secretary David Adams, Indiana Destination Development Corporation Interim CEO Amy Howell will chair a virtual public meeting of the board of directors of the Indiana Destination Development Corporation at 10:00 a.m. ET on November 5, 2025.  Members of the public may join by phone or live-stream.

The board will hear general updates from staff and conduct other business.  The meeting agenda can be found online at https://www.in.gov/iddc/executive-staff/board-meetings/.

The mission of the IDDC is to promote, brand, and tell Indiana's authentic story to attract and retain talent, students, business, and visitors.  This quasi-government agency was established in July 2020 and replaced the Indiana Office of Tourism Development.

House Enrolled Act 1115 (2019) established the IDDC to position Indiana as the best place to live, work, play, study and stay. IDDC operates as a public-private agency and is governed by a seven-member board. Members include Governor Mike Braun who has appointed the Secretary of Commerce as his designee, the president of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) or designee, an Indiana Tourism Association (ITA) designee, and five governor-appointed members from the private sector. Amy Howell serves as the Interim CEO.
