Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) Services
Indiana's Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) has been given the authority by the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) to administer the Center for Medicaid Service (CMS) approved 1915(i) Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) Services State Plan Amendment (SPA). The design of the services program was jointly developed by DMHA and OMPP.
Public Comment Notice
Child Mental Health Wraparound Renewal Application Reopens for Public Comment
In December 2017, the Indiana Family and Social Service Administration (FSSA) Division of Mental Health and Addiction Youth Services (DMHA-Y) submitted a proposed renewal to the Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) State Plan Benefit to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for consideration. The CMHW renewal was made available for review and public comment from November 15, 2017 to December 15, 2017. This notice is a clarification to the public notice issued at that time. The clarification notice will be made available for review and public comment from March 15, 2018 to April 14, 2018. Please see below.
