Elevating Hoosier Business
Indiana’s Office of the CEIOO has engaged with communities across our great state listening to business, faith, education, nonprofit and state and local government leaders. We have heard the calls for bringing economic empowerment to historically underrepresented populations in order to increase access to opportunity and upward mobility for ALL Hoosiers. Because of these informative discussions, we have made economic development a key priority for our team, and we are proud to share one of our most exciting initiatives, Elevating Hoosier Business.
For this first leg of the Elevating Hoosier Business Campaign, we have chosen 22 businesses from across Indiana that have a story of inspiration, resilience, and empowerment. Each business represents a historically underrepresented population of either minority, women, veteran or individual with disability ownership.
