AARP
AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization for people 50 and over.  AARP (formerly known as the American Association of Retired Persons) represents more than 35 million working and retired Americans nationwide.

Administration on Aging
Presents a listing of federal websites that offer valuable information on a range of issues including Employment, Health, Housing, Transportation and Veterans Services.

Eldercare Locator
The Eldercare Locator is a nationwide toll-free information and assistance hotline that helps older adults and their caregivers to find local support services.

Medicare
Medicare, the nation's largest health insurance program, covers nearly 40 million Americans.  It is a health insurance program for people 65 years of age and older, some disabled people under 65 years of age, and people with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure treated with dialysis or a transplant).

National Family Caregiver Support Program
When an older person needs care to get through their day, it's their family - not a social service agency, nursing home or government program - that usually provides that care. The National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP) calls for all states, working in partnership with area agencies on aging and local community-service providers, to make five basic services available to family caregivers.

National Older Worker Career Center
The National Older Worker Career Center provides professional, technical, and administrative work opportunities to older workers through the EPA's Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program.

National Senior Service Corps
The National Senior Service Corps is a national network of projects that place volunteers age 55 and over in volunteer assignments in their communities.

Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)
A website designed for persons involved with, or interested in, the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), a part-time employment training program for low-income persons age 55 or over.
