For 9 consecutive years EMCOR Group, Inc. has been named one of the Top 5 "World's Most Admired" Companies in the Engineering and Construction Industry by Fortune®. (2017 Ranked #2!) Multiple projects designed and built by Shambaugh have been the recipient of individual awards including most recently 2015’s U.S. Dairy Plant of the Year – Kroger Mountain View Foods in Denver, CO, 2013’s U.S. Food Plant of the Year – Chobani Yogurt in Twin Falls, ID, and 2010’s U.S. Dairy Plant of the Year – Michigan Milk Producers Association in Ovid, MI. In 2015 Paul R. Meyers, Jr., P.E., was named Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Mark Shambaugh, who has retired. Paul began his career with Shambaugh in 1992. He has been responsible for many milestone projects and has played a key role in managing its significant growth to an organization of 2,600 employees. Today, Shambaugh is ranked as the third largest, most experienced specialty contractor in the United States.
