Jamie Bolser

Jamie Bolser is the Deputy Commissioner and Chief of Staff for the Department of Local Government Finance. She has also served as the Budget Division Director.

Prior to joining the Department, Jamie served for over 10 years as the Chief Financial Officer at Northwestern School Corporation and, most recently, at Richmond Community Schools.  She has also served as the President of the Howard County Council, two terms as the elected Howard County Assessor, and 10 years of experience within the county auditor and treasurer’s offices.

Jamie holds a Chief Financial Officer designation with the Indiana Association of School Business Officials and is a Level III Certified Indiana Assessor-Appraiser.  Jamie has served on numerous community boards, including the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance and the Kokomo Howard County Government Coordinating Council Technical Advisory Committee.

When not working, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family and coaching softball. She has also coached baseball and basketball and is an avid fan of watching her sons compete at the collegiate level in baseball and wrestling.
