- require program staff to obtain the CSAMS credential within two years from the date of hire with limited exceptions
- clarify that failure to obtain the CSAMS credential during the required time prohibits the staff member from performing professional staff member duties
- authorize the performance of certified problem-solving court services to qualify as the performance of required professional staff member service hours, and
- programs will be limited to the use of specified education curricula
