This document is intended as a guide to assist hearing officers in the administration of their duties involving attorney disciplinary cases. It also provides useful information to the parties and others involved in disciplinary cases. It was prepared by the staff of the Indiana Office of Court Services (formerly the Division of State Court Administration) and Supreme Court Services (formerly the Division of Supreme Court Administration) and is neither endorsed nor approved by the Indiana Supreme Court.
