Your request for public records was received

The Indiana Supreme Court’s Office of Judicial Administration has received your records request. This confirmation is being provided to you under Indiana Code 5-14-3-4.4(c).

A copy of this confirmation and your records request have been sent to the e-mail address you provided in your request.

Your records request will be reviewed by the Indiana Supreme Court’s Office of General Counsel. After that, a determination will be made about whether or not our office can produce your requested records. Your records request will also be posted to a publicly available listing of submitted record requests.

If the Office of Judicial Administration has custody of your requested records and the records are eligible for production, your requested records will be sent to you at the mailing address and/or e-mail address specified in your request. Please allow at least 30 days for the production of your requested records. Fulfillment of your request may require more or less time depending on the complexity and volume of your request.

Please note that if the contact information you provided when you submitted your request is not correct, or if it changes, we may not be able to fulfill the request.

Certain record requests may require the payment of a fee. In such an event, additional correspondence concerning the applicable fee will be sent to the mailing address and/or e-mail address, as applicable, along with a good-faith estimate of the fee. Records requiring a fee will not be released prior to the payment of the fee.
