Purpose
The Probate Committee revises and approves for publication the Probate Benchbook which includes guidance for judicial officers on estates, trusts, adoptions, and mental health cases. The Committee also monitors legislation and case law and presents probate programs for judicial education in the aforementioned areas of law. This committee meets quarterly.
