Purpose
The Juvenile Benchbook Committee is made up of judges and magistrates with juvenile jurisdiction. The committee writes and edits three benchbooks and drafts form orders covering the following topics: Child in Need of Services (CHINS), Termination of the Parent Child Relationship (TPR), and Delinquency. This committee meets 5 or 6 times per year.
