Thank you for your message

You will receive a confirmation email that your message was received and is being routed to the appropriate office for a response. In the meantime, here are answers to our most commonly asked questions:

I can't sign into the portal; how do I recover my password or my PIN?

First, note that your password and your PIN are different. You chose your password; the Supreme Court assigned your PIN.

To reset your password:

  • Go to https://secure.in.gov/apps/courts/portal/account/recover and select "Reset my password," then click "Continue."
  • You will need to provide the email address associated with your Portal account.
  • Once you submit, an email with a temporary password should arrive quickly. If you don't receive the email, make sure you're checking the right inbox and that it hasn't been moved to the junk or spam folder.
  • Use the temporary password to sign in and immediately update your password to something you'll remember.

To have your PIN sent to you:

  • Go to https://secure.in.gov/apps/courts/portal/account/recover and select "Send my pin," then click "Continue."
  • You will need to provide your attorney number, mediator number, or judicial branch ID number. If your number contains a hyphen, make sure to include it (e.g., 123456-78).
  • Choose "Home Address" or "Business Address" to have the PIN sent via USPS to the address we have on file for you.
  • Choose "Email" to have your PIN emailed to you, then provide either your primary or alternate email. This may not be the same email you use to sign into the Portal. It's typically the email associated with your professional record. Once you submit, an email with a temporary password should arrive within 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, make sure you're checking the right inbox and that it hasn't been moved to the junk or spam folder.
  • After you sign in with your PIN, make sure to update your password to something you'll remember.

I can't sign into mycase.in.gov; how do I recover my password or my PIN?

Attorneys can sign into mycase.in.gov with their portal credentials. If you do not remember your credentials, follow the steps above to get signed into the Courts Portal. Once signed in, be sure to update your password to something memorable and take note of the email address tied to your account (it's the one that displays in the upper right corner of the screen). Use that email and password to sign into mycase.
