Eligible attorneys can now use the Portal to cast their vote in a Judicial Nominating Commission election. See Indiana Code 33-27-2.
Who may vote
Votes must be cast by the eligible attorney. Account administrators may not cast a vote on behalf of the attorney.
Votes are final
Submitted votes cannot be changed, and once you submit, you cannot vote again.
Ballot unavailable
If you know that an election is taking place, but there is no ballot available to you, one of the following may be true:
- You have already voted
- You are not eligible to vote in this election (e.g., you're in a different district)
- You are signed in as an account administrator and are not allowed to vote on an attorney's behalf
