When you submit an application or report attendance after the deadline, you must pay the associated fee before the Commission for CLE will process your submission. If you have more than one education fee due, you must pay all education fees in one transaction.

After your fee is paid, the Commission will review your application and/or attendance.
How long will it take to get course approval?
This depends on whether or not your application includes all of the information the Commission needs to approve the course. If they need additional information, they will contact you. Otherwise, allow at least 30 days for a decision. You will receive an email from the Commission informing you of their decision.
When will my attendance appear on my CLE transcript?
Your attendance will be listed on the transcript within a few minutes of submitting it through the portal as long as any required fees have been paid. However, until the Commission approves your attendance, it will be listed as pending. Allow at least 30 days for a decision. You will receive an email from the Commission informing you of their decision.
