This screen lists the information you submitted to the Commission for CLE when applying for accreditation of a course or when reporting attendance. The screen shows, when available:
- Basic information about the course
- Application and/or attendance submission dates
- Links to documents you uploaded
- A link to view the entire application as a PDF
- A link to view your personal affidavit of attendance
- A link to the Commission's accreditation decision
Course details are available up to 15 months after the course end date. Once the course is 15 months old, it will cycle off the portal and no longer be available to you. If you need to keep copies of any of the documents available on this screen, you should download them before the course expires.
