Advisements of Rights Videos

Six Advisement of Rights videos are now available to download in English and Spanish for courtroom use. These videos are designed to save time, expand accessibility, and ensure litigants clearly understand their rights, not to replace a live interpreter. Videos can be played in advance of or during a hearing. Afterward, judges may ask the litigant if they have questions and address them with the support of an interpreter.
