If you prefer to have the ability to search records by subscription, a Laredo account may be established upon the execution of the Laredo Access Agreement and escrow funds being deposited with the Recorder. The following minutes and rates are available:
- 250 minutes per month $50.00
- 1000 minutes per month $100.00
- 3000 minutes per month $200.00
An account may be opened by calling me at 765-456-2210. This account allows you to search our records from your desk at your convenience. You may also print anything you wish and your account will be charged $1.00 per page pursuant to statutes. Bills are sent out monthly.
Our current database consists of images and indexing for the time frame January 1, 1961 to present. All deed images and index are in Laredo from 1923 to present. We are currently indexing deed document types for the time frame 1905 – 1922.
Updates on our progression will be available to you as a Laredo customer whenever you sign on to your account. This is a valuable tool for your office which expedites getting the information you need. Also, see our information on e-recording which is also available.
