The Howard Superior Court II is a Court of general jurisdiction over criminal and civil cases. This Court has also established the Howard County Mental Health Diversion Program.
Electronic filing became mandatory on June 18, 2019. Pro Se pleadings may be filed in person during regular business hours, or by mail. If the office is closed for any reason, pleadings may be filed in the 2nd floor Clerk's office during regular business hours.
