| Description of rule | OVERVIEW: Amends 345 IAC 1-3-26.5 to allow an equine to move into Indiana directly to an approved livestock market without a certificate of veterinary inspection (CVI) if it meets the equine infectious anemia (EIA) requirements set forth in 345 IAC 6-1.1, and to allow equine to move into Indaina without a CVI if it is moved in accordance with a movement control permit issued by a federal or state agency. Statutory authority: IC 15-17-3-21. |
