Description of rule		OVERVIEW: Amends Indiana state board of animal health (BOAH) rules concerning sheep and goats. Amends 345 IAC 5-3-3 to update the incorporation by reference of the United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Scrapie Eradication Uniform Methods and Rules to the Scrapie Program Standards Volume 1: National Scrapie Eradication Program, dated April 25, 2019. Amends 345 IAC 5-7-2 to update the incorporation by reference of the Voluntary Scrapie Flock Certification Program (SFCP) Standards to Volume 2, dated May 2016.
