Barry Ritter - Executive Director of Statewide 9-1-1 Board
Barry Ritter, ENP is responsible for ensuring that all citizens have equal access to 911 services anywhere in Indiana. Prior to joining the Statewide 9-1-1 Board, he served for four years as the director of the Wayne County Consolidated Communications Center in Richmond, Indiana. Barry began his career in public safety as a police officer for the Richmond Police Department. An alumnus of Vincennes University, Barry received his Emergency Number Professional (ENP) designation through the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) Institute in 2009. Barry and his wife Melissa have six children and reside in Wayne County.
