Jackson County Water Utility, Inc. is a not-for-profit entity providing service in Jackson, Jennings, Bartholomew, Brown, and Lawrence counties.
A settlement agreement between the OUCC and the utility establishing new rates and charges received IURC approval on May 7, 2025.
