UPDATE (6/24/16): The IURC issued its order in this case on June 22, 2016.

Indiana Michigan Power (I&M) is requesting IURC approval of a one-year electric energy efficiency plan. The Cause Number is 43827 - DSM 5.

In testimony filed on January 13, 2016, the OUCC recommends that the IURC deny I&M's request to recover lost revenues and shareholder incentives:
