The City of South Bend has notified the IURC of its intent to file a rate case in late May.

South Bend's water rates were approved in 2011. To review the file in the city's last water rate case, click here and enter cause number 44250.

Municipal sewer utilities are exempt from IURC oversight. Their rates are set by elected city and town councils.
