Aqua Indiana, Inc. has received IURC approval to purchase the assets of Wedgewood Park Water Company, Inc. in St. Joseph County. In its December 2016 order, the IURC approved a settlement agreement between Aqua Indiana and the OUCC.
The utility's rate request is currently pending before the IURC.
