Pioneer Water Rate Case
Pioneer Water, LLC is seeking a rate increase in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 44309-U. The utility, which provides service in Allen County, filed its case-in-chief (81 pages) on February 22, 2013.
The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is scheduled to file its recommendations on May 23, 2013 but has asked for an extension until July 25, 2013.
Written consumer comments are invited and a public field hearing has been requested. For more information, please see the OUCC's April 18 news release.
