The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) is investigating Centurian Corporation and MTA, LLC. Centurian is authorized to provide sewage disposal service for the Fox Chase Farms subdivision in Porter County.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor's (OUCC's) filings include:

The OUCC requested a public field hearing in this case, with the IURC responding in a March 4, 2013 docket entry.

Written consumer comments are invited through April 1, 2013.
