The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission issued an August 10, 2011 order in Cause No. 43980.

A settlement agreement between Indiana Michigan Power (I&M) and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) was filed on June 6, 2011.
