A settlement agreement among Northern Indiana Public Service Co. (NIPSCO), the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) and additional parties has received Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) approval.

IURC public field hearings were held in Gary (July 8), Fort Wayne (July 26) and South Bend (July 27). OUCC news releases announcing the hearings and inviting consumer comments were issued on June 29  and July 19.
