An Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) order in cause no. 43869 was issued on March 2, 2011, approving a settlement agreement between Edwardsville Water Corporation, which serves customers in Floyd and Harrison Counties, and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC).
