Citizens Thermal Energy is seeking a rate increase for steam utility service in downtown Indianapolis.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is reviewing the request and will file testimony on a future date to be determined. A procedural schedule for this case will be set in the near future.

Written consumer comments are invited.

Citizens Thermal's current steam utility service rates and charges were approved on May 11, 2010.

Natural gas rates and charges are not at issue in this case. This page will be updated based on future developments.
