Crawfordsville Electric Light & Power (CEL&P) is seeking new rates in IURC Cause No. 44684.

  • OUCC Testimony: Alvarez (27 pages)
  • OUCC Testimony: Golden (16 pages)
  • OUCC Testimony: Boerger (13 pages)

  • Petition (6 pages)
  • CEL&P Testimony: Goode (71 pages)
  • CEL&P Testimony: Skomp (27 pages)
  • CEL&P Testimony: Bowles (125 pages)

The OUCC issued an October 27, 2015 news release inviting public comments. This page will be updated based on case developments.

The IURC approved Crawfordsville's current rates in 2010.

Electric utilities can also adjust rates due to changes in wholesale power costs. Those costs can only be recovered on a dollar-for-dollar basis. OUCC review and IURC approval are required.

As of July 2015, Crawfordsville's electric rates ranked 10th among the 14 electric utilities the IURC regulates.
