The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued an order in Cause No. 43696-U on October 14, 2009, approving a settlement agreement between Clinton Township Water Company and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC).   For a PDF copy of the 10-page order, please click here.
