On February 2, 2011, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued a final order in Cause No. 43645, approving a rate increase for the Indianapolis Department of Waterworks. The document is in PDF format, is 84 pages in length, and will open in a new window.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) filed testimony and exhibits on February 16, 2010, recommending a reduction of approximately $17.6 million to the utility's requested increase. For more information, please see the OUCC's February 16 news release.
