Community Natural Gas Co. is seeking changes to its base rates and charges in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 44298.

The utility and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) have reached a settlement agreement in this case and filed it with the IURC on June 14:

The OUCC issued an April 18, 2013 news release inviting consumer comments.

This case's file can be reviewed by visiting the IURC website and entering docket number 44298.

Current base rates for Community Natural Gas Co. were approved in 2008, with the IURC issuing orders on May 28, 2008 (36 pages) and August 27, 2008 (49 pages).

This case is still pending. This page will be updated based on future developments.
